Most hardware quotations are a part number and a price. Ours states what the machine is for, why that specification, and what is included in commissioning. If a cheaper configuration meets the requirement, it is in the quote as an option.

Hardware that arrives in a box and sits in a corridor has not solved anything. Every supply includes rack mounting or desk placement, firmware updates, operating system and driver installation, joining to your domain, and handover documentation.
For servers and network equipment we also configure backup, monitoring and remote access before handover — so the first fault is something we can see, not something you have to describe over the phone.
Yes. Hardware is delivered anywhere in Türkiye. On-site installation is standard in Ankara; for other cities we arrange installation or perform commissioning remotely.
Usually within one business day for standard configurations. Complex server or storage builds may take two to three days because we verify availability before quoting.
Yes. We regularly extend existing environments rather than replacing them, and we will say so when replacement is not justified.
Yes. Warranty and RMA processes for hardware we supply are handled by us, not passed back to you.
Invoicing is in Turkish lira. For international clients we can provide quotations referenced to EUR or USD; please raise this when requesting the quote.
