We are brand-independent. We hold partnerships with the vendors we deploy, but we are not obliged to sell you a particular box. If a smaller model does the job, we say so — and we put the reasoning in writing.
We measure before we quote. Firewall and network sizing is done from real traffic figures, not from a price list. This is the single most common reason a project underperforms after installation.
We stay after go-live. Licence expiry dates, firmware updates and backup checks are tracked by us, not left to a calendar reminder on someone's laptop.
